Khmelnytskyi National University - SolidWorks Center

For the present time one of the most powerful Computer-Aided Design system is SolidWorks, which is widely used in machine-building enterprises around the world. That is why we use SolidWorks at the faculty of Engineering Mechanics during the whole period of education of our students. The SolidWorks Center was created on the basis on the department of the Mechanical Engineering and you are on website of this center. 

December 20, 2011 at the Center of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering SolidWorks SolidWorks certification program CSWA (Certified SolidWorks Associate) were representative of Sumy State University.

Under agreements with the Corporation SolidWorks (USA), for support of "Intersed Ukraine", our university has a unique opportunity to provide students licensed SolidWorks versions for home computers. On September 1, 2011 students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will be able to get free license to SoldWorks 2011 for work on a home computer.

For students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was organized compilation of certification exams (when on-line) to work with the computer simulation of SolidWorks, resulting in   43 students successfully passed the certification exam CSWA.

Our University has received a license to CAMWorks!
With the support of "Intersed Ukraine" (Kyiv), our University has received a license to use CAMWorks system in the learning process (network license 20 jobs). CAMWorks is designed to create control programs in the SolidWorks environment for machine tools with numerical control.

14/04/2011 by representatives of the corporation SolidWorks, которые visited our University, namely - Joseph Wilkie (USA) - Education Business Manager (SolidWorks Corp.), Paul Brooke (USA) - Head of Delegation of SolidWorks in Russia and CIS (SolidWorks Corp.), Eugene Kondratenko - CEO "Yntersed Ukraine" and Natalia Savachevskaya - director of sales ("Yntersed Ukraine") gave our University Certificate - extension of subscriptions for SolidWorks 2011/2012 - 500 working seats.

13-14 April 2011 attended by representatives of our University Corporation SolidWorks (USA) Corporation authorized reseller in Ukraine - the company "Intersed-Ukraine". The purpose of visit was to familiarize with the achievements of the university in the application of modern computer technologies in educational process of SolidWorks as well as competition winners on CAD ​​and presentation of certificates to participants CSWA Olympics that have been certified in our center SolidWorks.

11-15 April 2011 in our university the 14 Ukrainian Olympiad competition and student work with "CAD and computer modeling in engineering", which was attended by representatives from Russia and Belarus. Participants competition April 13 in our center was held SolidWorks certification program CSWA.

February 17, 2011 in Khmelnytsky National University of the scientific - practical conference "Education, science and industry - ways of integration" with the participation of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (HSPP) and associations of employers, Khmelnytsky Oblast (OORHO).

01/07/2010 - With the assistance of an authorized SolidWorks reseller corporations in Ukraine - the company "Yntersed Ukraine", our university was entitled to educational use of software "YNTERMEH" (60 jobs), which employ more than 2,000 companies operating in various sectors of the economy in the CIS and beyond.

June 30th in the conference room of the Academic Council of Khmelnitsky National University solemn awarding certificates SolidWorks students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, who have passed the international certification exams and were recognized as certified specialists SolidWorks (Certified SolidWorks Associate, CSWA).

06/18/2010 - Students of engineering mechanics are authorized SolidWorks!
For students of our university was organized compilation of certification exams (when on-line) to work with the computer simulation of SolidWorks, resulting in 32 students successfully passed the certification exam CSWA.

For the active cooperation and implementation of modern information technologies in educational process SolidWorks, our university has received unprecedented in Ukraine grant from the Corporation SolidWorks Corp. (USA) and from Intersed Ukraine (Kyiv) - an authorized representative of the corporation in Ukraine - a license for 500 jobs in computer aided design using SolidWorks Education Edition 2010-2011.

21.4.2010. Within the framework of Ukrainian Olympiad from "CAD and computer modeling in engineering," which spent our university, everybody participants were given the opportunity to make certification exam Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA). As a result, 11 out of 13 participants of the Olympiad uspshno passed certification exams CSWA.

12.1.2009. Our university has received the status of the provider taking certification exams SolidWorks - Authorized CSWA Provider, which allows you to organize the official certification exam to SolidWorks students and teachers of our university and other Ukrainian universities.

16.7.2009. With support for SolidWorks authorized reseller corporations in Ukraine - the company Intersed Ukraine (Kyiv), our university was one of three universities in Ukraine, which received a grant in the amount of 60 jobs for software SolidWorks 2009/2010. Our University - licensed user of SolidWorks 2009/2010  

Our University has received a grant from the Corporation SolidWorks - licensed software SolidWorks 2005/2006, network license for 30 jobs. Licensed software is installed in two classes of information and computer center of the university.
