
For students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was organized compilation of certification exams (when on-line) to work with the computer simulation of SolidWorks, resulting in 43 students successfully passed the certification exam CSWA.

The system computer modeling SolidWorks is widely used in machine-building enterprises around the world for product design of any complexity and purpose. Overall, now there are more than 1.5 million licensed users of SolidWorks (about 145 000 companies machine profile), in educational institutions around the world operate more than 1 million educational licenses SolidWorks.
Our University is a licensed user of computer modeling with SolidWorks 2006 and since then the system SolidWorks actively implemented in the educational process of the Faculty of Engineering Mechanics - Mechanics students today learn SolidWorks since first year university studies.
Today, our university is the only in Ukraine, which received a grant from the American corporation in the amount of 500 jobs SolidWorks 2011/2012. Students of engineering mechanics still are the only in Ukraine, which are licensed SolidWorks software to run on home computers.
According to the agreement with SolidWorks Corp. (USA) , supported by an authorized representative of the corporation in Ukraine - the company Intersed Ukraine (Kyiv) , our university since December 2009, has the international status of Authorized CSWA Provider - Provider of receiving official certification exams SolidWorks that allows you to organize such examinations, particularly for students who have completed appropriate training in the university.
For the second consecutive year, to deepen the study of SolidWorks, the March of this year at the faculty of engineering mechanics courses were organized to prepare students to pass the certification exam for SolidWorks international certificate - Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA).
Within 3 months under the guidance of Ph.D., Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering, VO Harzhevskoho and MV Marchenko, Institute students were advanced course SolidWorks, which included a:

Overall, for the last 2 years at our university was certified 75 students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and 15 faculty. Since our university is the All-Ukrainian center of SolidWorks, we conduct a formal certification program CSWA also for students of other educational institutions of Ukraine. Currently certified SolidWorks, we were held for 20 students and professors from such universities:
Thorough knowledge of computer aided design systems are necessary for today's professionals, because by using the methods of computer simulation carried out the design on the leading enterprises of Ukraine and the world. And there is every reason to believe that in future this trend will only increase.
