Born February 9, 1939 in the village. Rakova Starosambirskyi district, Lviv region in the family village clerk. In 1955, after graduating from high school, began his career loader in Lviv Chemical Reactives store. In 1961 he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute. Yves. Fedorov in "Printing machines" and was sent to work in Kazan, where he worked as foreman, designer printing plant. In 1962 he returned to Lviv, where he worked as an engineer-designer of factory-loaders. Since 1963 works in Brussels as a lecturer in the organized work of the institute for industrial printing department, which is created on the basis of Khmelnitsky National University, first as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor and since 1982 - Head of "Machine parts and TMM" ( now the Department of Mechanical Engineering).
In 1971, he completed postgraduate studies in absentia Polygraphic Institute and defended his thesis. In 1975 he was awarded the academic title of professor's "Machine parts and TMM" in 1991 - Professor of "Fundamentals of machine design", and in 1994 he defended his doctoral thesis. Kinytskyy YA.T. - The author of more than 140 scientific and methodical works, including 4 books, 3 textbooks, monographs, 8 patents for inventions. Under his leadership made a large number of research projects both in state order, and on hozdogovornyh basis, successfully working on master's theses 4 graduate students, two of them have already theses, the rest prepared to defend them. The main scientific direction - analysis and synthesis of lever mechanisms directing and constructed based on these mechanisms to stop the initial level.
YA.T. Kinytskyy did much to build the university, the creation of material resources of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He, along with other teachers of the department, equipped with a number of original laboratories and classrooms. He owns a number of original scientific and methodological developments: first, written in Ukrainian, fundamental training complexes in the theory of mechanisms and machines (TMM), which includes a tutorial, workshop and collection of tasks and tests that provide all types of work students, a similar complex technical mechanics (in collaboration), standardized calculation algorithms mechanisms on a computer, an album of pictures of TMM, a brief guide to TMM model plane opaque mechanisms, methods of rating the annual evaluation of faculty and academic staff of the university.
YA.T. Kinytskyy takes an active part in public life of the university and beyond. Nearly 20 years, was elected a member of the trade union committee of the faculty and university employees, of which 8 years was honorary chairman of trade union and 5 years old - Vice Chairman, 6 years old - a member of the Regional Committee of the Union of Education and Science, was awarded the medal for high MVSSO USSR performance in the high school, "Excellence in Public Education of Ukraine", winner of Ukraine Ministry of Education for educational and methodical work and regional awards for scientific work. He is a member of the National Committee of Ukraine on the theory of mechanisms and machinery involved in the specialized scientific councils on doctoral and master's theses and Khmelnytsky National University "Lviv Polytechnic" specialty 05.02.02 - engineering science. In 1999 he was awarded the honorary title "Honorary Professor of the Technological University of."
